LBG provides a robust and credible framework which measures the value and impact of community investment to business and society
The consistent approach applied by all LBG members enables them to benchmark their activity amongst peers, competitors and sectors - you can understand how you are positioned in your sector, against 'best in class', and globally. In addition, community investment practitioners can share best practice and knowledge with like-minded professionals.
By reporting a company shows to key stakeholders it is serious about community. Research shows the value such transparency brings. LBG is also aligned to key global corporate responsibility and sustainability indices, including DJSI, GRI and others. These indices have embedded LBG methodology in their reporting frameworks, which means when you collate your community data for LBG and it will work for all your reporting needs.
